We’re thrilled to share an exciting update from Designed to Quilt, all made possible by the generous support of Creathriv-EU in collaboration with Basilicata Creativa. Creathriv-EU is on a mission to reinvigorate the European Creative and Cultural Industries (CCIs) following the challenges of the pandemic. We’re honored to be part of this initiative.
Thanks to Creathriv-EU’s Small Scale Projects grant for Up/Re-Skilling, we’ve been on a journey of skill enhancement and business expansion. A pivotal aspect of this journey was our participation in a mastermind program led by a seasoned female entrepreneur in the online business arena. Her wealth of experience has been invaluable in guiding us through the intricacies of online entrepreneurship, from effective marketing strategies to sustainable business practices.
Throughout the program, we’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with other ambitious entrepreneurs, sharing insights, challenges, and successes. The knowledge gained has been transformative, empowering us to refine our business approach and better serve our community of quilting enthusiasts.
In addition to participating in the program, we underwent a thorough review of our current business and blog plans, conducted research to identify the best strategies and approaches for the Designed to Quilt brand, and set clear short-term and long-term goals for both our business and blog. We then implemented the strategies that were successfully tested during the program, ensuring that we are on track to achieve our objectives.
As we look ahead, we’re excited to apply our newfound knowledge and skills to further elevate Designed to Quilt and continue providing top-notch experiences for our community. Stay tuned for more updates on our journey of growth and innovation!
